Sirisha leads everything you see at Miisa: the writing, the tone, the small decisions about what stays soft and what stays honest. She started the brand on a simple belief, that people do their best thinking about themselves when nobody is watching, and that curiosity will always get further than judgment.
That belief shows up in everything Miisa makes, from the wording of a single journal prompt to the pace the whole brand moves at. Sirisha still writes here herself and reads every message that comes through, which is exactly the kind of close, steady care she wants Miisa to be known for.

Every little drawing you see around Miisa, the small line in a margin, the mark beside a journal prompt is drawn by hand by Shylu. Nothing here is generated. Somebody sat down and actually drew it, usually more than once, until it felt right.
That’s a big part of why Miisa feels the way it does. Shylu’s lines are intentionally organic, filled with warmth and character and that's exactly the point. Her doodles have a whole quiet world of their own, and you can find more of it on Instagram.
